By accessing or using Cocotte, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the service.
2. Description of Service
Cocotte is an iOS and iPadOS application designed to organize recipes, plan meals, and generate grocery lists. We provide these services "as is" and make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of recipe imports from third-party sources.
3. Subscriptions (Cocotte Pro)
Certain features, such as unlimited recipes and AI meal planning, require a premium subscription ("Cocotte Pro"). Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. You may manage or cancel your subscriptions through your App Store account settings at any time.
4. User Content
You retain all rights to the recipes, meal plans, and other content you add to Cocotte. However, by using the app, you grant us the necessary permissions to transmit and store this data as required to provide the core functionalities (for example, utilizing iCloud Sync).
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Cocotte in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the app or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the service. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the application's code.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Cocotte, nor its developers, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the application.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
